Build Ural is a large-scale exhibition in the Ural construction industry, which was held in Yekaterinburg on April 18-20. The exhibition brings together manufacturers and suppliers of materials, equipment for building, renovation, and construction specialists.

Alexander Samsonov,  agent of the KAFT, spoke at the session dedicated to modern construction technologies and informed us on why the majority of modern developers and builders are choosing the technology of ventilated facades for construction.

Ventilated facade allows you to implement complex and non- standard architectural solutions. It is fire resistant. For example, KAFT systems have the highest fire hazard class – K0, confirmed by field tests.

Ventilated facade allows you to use a large number of different facing materials.
According to Alexander, today it is the technologies of ventilated facades that meet the main criteria of modern construction – safety, beauty and price.

A new sports and training complex “Dinamo” has been opened in Moscow. This was announced by the mayor of the city Sergey Sobyanin in his telegram channel.

 

The object has an area of 30 thousand square meters and was built in just 2 years. This is a fairly short time frame for a project of this level. Despite the high pace, the building complies with all building regulations, said Mosgosstroynadzor employees who conducted the final on-site inspection.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

“In total, we conducted 12 inspections. All the problems that were identified during the inspections were conducted promptly, timely and efficiently eliminated,” said Igor Voystratenko, Chairman of the Committee for State Construction Supervision of Moscow.

 

Materials for the ventilation facades of the object were prepared fully by KAFT. The scope of supply is 14,000 square meters, the order execution time from application to delivery is 7 working days, said Alexander Samsonov, the Commercial Director of KAFT.

“Projects of this level are significant for our company. They allow us to cooperate with our partners in a more

comfortable and well-knit way.

The residential complex KutuzovGRAD II, the facade of which was implemented on the ventilated facade system of the KAFT company, is preparing for its delivery.

 

 

 

This is a high-level project, which is a modern architectural ensemble consisting of three multi-storey buildings. The complex is located in one of the most prestigious districts of Moscow, on Kutuzovsky Prospekt, in close proximity to the city center.
